Lori’s determination to bring world-class design and development to all businesses no matter what their size.  She has a special passion for the non-profit arena which has been a guiding force to We Are Immediate.  Lori believes that the best way she can give back is to provide cost-effective, highly robust solutions to the NPO sector.  Additionally, her vision of providing Zero-Defect solutions is an integral part of We Are Immediate and is applied to all projects no matter what size the scope.

Whether it is video, music, or photography, John brings your story and organization’s impact to life.  Throughout his career, he has worked at illustrious design agencies such as Aquent, where he served as graphic design director for Amazon, Simon & Schuster, and Dentsu.  In addition, he produced social-first videos using cutting-edge technologies from Stop-Motion to Drone videography at Moment Studio. While guiding a project’s unified vision deliverable list through to completion, he has an uncanny ability to revise quickly and to fulfill the vision of the client.

Marilina has been designing websites, social media content, and general graphic design for over 12 years. In all of these years, she worked with several clients and business, giving her enough experience to be part of our team in We are Inmediate. She focuses on UI and branding design as well.

As COO of We Are Immediate, you can be assured both the financial and operational aspects of your project will run smoothly.  Maryna has extensive experience with WordPress, Fintech, marketplaces, and mobile applications of various complexity levels.  Her close collaboration with all team members ensures that your project meets its strategic goals.

Prior to We Are Immediate,  Maryna was engaged in business lending in the banking sector for 15 years and held multiple senior positions.

Nicolas is an award-winning web designer whose work has been featured at the Art Director’s Guild in Manhattan as well as the Interactive Media Awards. Nicolas has been designing rich internet applications and web portals in a wide array of fields for over 12 years.  Since 2010, Nicolas recognized that mobile-first should become the focus of all our web designs and the practice is the principle behind all our projects. His designs have been implemented from non-profits to enterprise-level, Fortune 500 Companies.

Juan is an experienced translator and project manager with several years of experience in leading successful projects. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English/Spanish Translation. He is also a problem-solver by nature, which, combined with his extreme attention to detail, makes him the effective content manager he is.

Maria has over 9 years in the digital industry, helping We Are Immediate to launch many of our sites and applications. Maria’s vast experience spans the whole spectrum of the product life cycle, from concept to launch and post-launch measurement, analytics, and optimization.  She delivers the end-to-end experience creating personas and user flows,  site maps, and wireframes.  Maria’s intuition and creativity are instrumental to We Are Immediate when creating mobile, desktop, and applications for our clients.  In addition, Maria has created UX/UI design documentation for large marketing campaigns which include Google, Apple, and Samsung.

Just like still waters,  Alex’s WordPress development skills run deep…very deep.  Alex has been instrumental in launching robust sites that help change the way people do business.  From e-commerce to event registration, to donation software to well, just plain old amazing websites, Alex’s skillset in advanced custom WordPress themes are unparalleled. And, for a developer, he’s a surprisingly mean mountain biker and frequently challenges the GWB on-ramp.

He is the glue that keeps us together.  He explains technology to anyone who is technology adverse. He keeps us calm, he keeps us on track.  He keeps us caffeinated so that we can carry on.  And when that fails, he supplies the cocktails. No.  Really?  Yuriy is a first-class technical project manager who coordinates  We Are Immediate’s team of designers, engineers, QA experts, and development operations.  His tech stack includes WordPress, PHP, React.js,  React Native, and Redux.

Anthony has over 15 years of experience creating user experience prototypes.  His unparalleled vantage point comes from his uniquely analytical thought process.  He applies his study of human intelligence mechanisms toward the development of software environments. He applies research to envision a better user experience and has helped We Are Immediate with many of our more complex projects such as A+E, IKEA, Senior Services Center of Southeastern Virginia (in progress), and MasterCard.  He excels at creating usability tested wireframes and prototypes, visual design, branding, and creating technical specifications. Before We Are Immediate, Anton worked at Team International, G5 Entertainment, and Program-Ace.
