As COO of We Are Immediate, you can be assured both the financial and operational aspects of your project will run smoothly.  Maryna has extensive experience with WordPress, Fintech, marketplaces, and mobile applications of various complexity levels.  Her close collaboration with all team members ensures that your project meets its strategic goals.

Whether it is video, music, or photography, John brings your story and organization’s impact to life.  Throughout his career, he has worked at illustrious design agencies such as Aquent, where he served as graphic design director for Amazon, Simon & Schuster, and Dentsu.  In addition, he produced social-first videos using cutting-edge technologies from Stop-Motion to Drone videography.

Marilina has been designing websites, social media content, and general graphic design for over 12 years. In all of these years, she worked with several clients and business, giving her enough experience to be part of our team in We are Inmediate. She focuses on UI and branding design as well.

Juan is an experienced translator and project manager with several years of experience in leading successful projects. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English/Spanish Translation. He is also a problem-solver by nature, which, combined with his extreme attention to detail, makes him the effective content manager he is.

Maria has over 9 years in the digital industry, helping We Are Immediate to launch many of our sites and applications. Maria’s vast experience spans the whole spectrum of the product life cycle, from concept to launch and post-launch measurement, analytics, and optimization.  She delivers the end-to-end experience creating personas and user flows,  site maps, and wireframes.

Alex’s WordPress development skills run deep…very deep.  Alex has been instrumental in launching robust sites that help change the way people do business.  From e-commerce to event registration, to donation software to well, just plain old amazing websites, Alex’s skillset in advanced custom WordPress themes are unparalleled.

He is the glue that keeps us together.  He explains technology to anyone who is technology adverse. He keeps us calm, he keeps us on track.  He keeps us caffeinated so that we can carry on.   Yuriy is a first-class technical project manager who coordinates  We Are Immediate’s team of designers, engineers, QA experts, and development operations.

Anthony has over 15 years of experience creating user experience prototypes.  His unparalleled vantage point comes from his uniquely analytical thought process.  He applies his study of human intelligence mechanisms toward the development of software environments.  Entertainment, and Program-Ace.
