Our Process
Research
Through a series of interviews with Mobile Market Coalition employees and end-users, we identified key challenges and design flaws in the previous MMC website. The insights gathered from the questionnaire provided a strong foundation for developing a new site map, page designs, and user flow—ultimately making it easier for mobile markets to access the support they need.
UX Design
The User Experience is a key part of the Mobile Market Coalition website. Through our detailed methodology, we included easy-to-find information, robust search, filters and multiple ways that users could find all the information they need.
Graphic Design
Our approach for Mobile Market Coalition was a colorful and eye-catching design, using and expanding on the organization’s color palette and logo, with a very expressive and strategic use of images to highlight key sections and elements.
