      Virtual Event Guide
We recently produced a virtual gala for our client Riverstone NYC. The results were astounding. We were uncertain if, during the height of COVID anyone would be able to donate to this amazing non-profit. Boy were we wrong! Donors and sponsors came out in droves to view the gala online and to donate, buy raffle tickets, and enjoy the event!

      Virtual Gala Planning

We have successfully produced virtual galas for non-profits. Our team consists of event planners, videographers and editors and web developers geared toward making you have a successful event.
      How much does it cost?

Our gala productions start at $5000 depending on how long your event is, and what element you require. We are happy to work with you on a consultation basis to help you produce your own event.

How much time do you need?

We like to have at least a 2-month lead but 4 months is optimal. It all depends on what type of event you are planning, whether you need web development, and how much of our staff is required. Every event is different, so the sooner the better!

      Anything else we should know?

The first thing is to understand what your revenue goals may be from the event and calculate what is reasonable. There are live events that do just as well as pre-planned events — that are lower levels costs. We are happy to talk to you about those as well. It is all about “SHOWING YOU THE MONEY!”  in the end, so that your non-profit can thrive.

How do we get people to attend?

It will be up to you to engage your board and other team members, as well as utilize a marketing budget to get the world to know about your event. If, by luck or connections, you have a star-studded cast (or at least ONE STAR) — that can increase word-of-mouth.
