Other features include:
- Complex membership software
- Intricate and robust blog post section

For Public Safety Medicine, we took what used to be a section on a separate website, and turned it into its own specialty website.

Research
Through a series of interviews and surveys (mainly for employees and sometimes users), we aim to fully grasp what the organization stands for and what it needs to achieve. With that information in mind, we are equipped to start the whole process. Some of the subjects we cover are “features that are missing and could be helpful”, “where do you think the website could be improved”, “what is the main obstacle for users when donating”, and more similar questions aimed at identifying issues and solving them.
UX Design
The User Experience is a key part of the goals we aim to achieve, so finding a way to present all the content in a smooth and organized way can be quite a challenge and is one of our specialties. The ideal scenario would include easy to find information, a smooth donation process, clear proof on how the money users donate actually helps improve people’s lives, a visible and qualified Leadership, and a main focus on all the different programs Peninsula has to offer to people in need.
Graphic Design
Our approach for the Public Safety Medicine was a very classy and conservative one, maintaining the sobriety of the previous website, while giving it a modern twist.
Development
The development stage begins as soon as the first designs are approved by the client, to ensure that the website is completely ready within deadline. The extensive testing (in desktop, mobile, many different browsers and devices) of each template also starts immediately after the first templates are ready. By the time the content migration comes, every single template has been tested and optimized to the maximum. As in all of our projects, the Public Safety Medicine website was successfully completed in time.
SEO
All our websites come with Search Engine Optimization technology, tools, and training. By optimizing a website’s content, structure, and technical aspects, SEO helps ensure that it appears higher in search results, making it easier for potential donors and volunteers to find. This increased visibility leads to more organic traffic, which is often more valuable than paid traffic because it’s driven by genuine interest in the website’s offerings. Even more, SEO helps build credibility and trust, as users tend to associate higher-ranking sites with authority and reliability.
